It true that what goes around comes around... After what TSK had done (mistake, mistake, mistake) now it's time he had to accept that he is weak and poor in-handling. Felt so eased and relief that the owner finally made a WISE decision. Just too happy and so wanted to share this piece of good news here....but before that I must spend more time to revise back what TSK had done incredible wrongfulness n crueler things here.

Never seen a person who demanded Respect so desperately in my life. To recall back, one of my colleague (Brian) has tendered resignation letter and went to HR office to collect an resignation acceptance letter, what was, TSK and a new HR manager is in there to do exit interview with him. 

The funny thing is they open the conversation by saying 'You were on MC two days ago, why do you sent your MC leave via email? why didn't you send email to Mr TSK in the first place?' Brian was stunted and was thinking what the fuck do you guys want me to answer while I am here to take my resignation acceptance letter??!!!

 

'You should send it to Mr TSK first before you send it to inform everybody. Well, here is your resignation acceptance letter' added so-called HR manager....

This story make us laughed for a week!!! Gosh, should I call this 'The blind is leading the blind??' Yes, they are.......LOL!!!!

WHAT THE F**K is happen to you by making such a DEMORALIZE and DESTRUCTIVE speech at that 200 staffs gathering party??? If you do not have any nice words to say then SHUT THE F**K UP!!!!!!

WHAT THE F**K with you by kept mentioning which and which department did not met up to that target compared to the year before last year???

WHAT THE F**K on earth you made a nomination to your staff for the Best Employee Awards without checking the terms and conditions and made the announcement of the Nominee List in front of 200 staffs by not giving him the title!!! Eh stupid, this is not a self-apply competition for The Bachelor Of The Year........PIG!!!

HEY STUPID MORON!!.....your staff were so innocent nominated by you and being push down by you again in front of so many people.....Damn it!! your staff never ask for it and he does not deserve to be treated this way........I really feel pity for that staff.

WHO THE F**K do you think you are??? you are just a manager level not a General Manager. You think everybody don't know that you took a leave went to KL T***** College gave Hospitality Industrial Management speech to those pre-student!!!! 

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!! you are not qualified in this field because you do not have any experiences!!! 

Well, why am I say he is not qualified?? Ok, here you are......... 

- He do not know how to handle guest complaint and he will never handles it. When he knows there is a complaint he will NEVER answer his phone call.

- Can't make decision and never dares to make it because scare kena screw by boss. Always drag all Directors in hot soup.

- Suggestion always been Rejected because his suggestion is not what we want.

- Simply sign document just for the sick of signing without checking. When problem arise, blamed to the one whom help him prepare.

- Pushing responsibilities just as easy as playing Tai Chi (Expert GURU).

- Never do his f**king own job properly at his own department. Auditor has been sitting in his department for several weeks and he even kena SCREWED by boss.

- Always forgot to pay bills....once, never pay electric bill and the company has no electricity at that whole damn morning. No experience in submitting Gov Tax and kena FINED by Gov (S$24,000)summon paper FAX thru the company fax machine. Everyone already knew and he still keeping mums about it.

The Lion's Missing!!!

Wacthing Hong Kong drama show recently and there was these Lion dance competition.....hmmm....it reminds me our CNY drama this year.

Each year as usual Singaporean loves to have a Lion dance performance for company during CNY. It says, that will bring 'Ong' (Good Luck) wow....

Well, of course my company did the same thing. And Tou Sui Ka will always wanted to take the lead.....(hahaha....don't get me wrong, he is not doing the dances but to lead the Lion to each of the departments).

He was so wanted to prove and show off he can do mah....so let him.....everything was fine at the first part, but then the Lion's went 'MISSING'!!!!! No wonder my department was waited for about one and the half hours...

At the very next morning....wow....there was an email from him to PR manager and CC to everybody......


Well, it says....


Dear ......
I was really unhappy with the Lion dance performance today..... (and so on with the Lion went missing in the middle of the day) and they are not follow the schedule as set earlier. It was late and everyone was clearly very disappointed!


Secondly, why did the Lion went to our next door office......(and so on with the why...why...why)


We need satisfactory explanation.

Second question is - when you already knew that the Lion went to the wrong or purposely went to next door then YOU suppose to ask the Lion team leader on the spot 'WHY'!!!! and not barking like a dog in that non-vocal email and begging for explanation!!!!


Last question is - what do you mean 'We need satisfactory explanation', who is WE???


FYI, everyone is happy, joyful, cheerful and very satisfy with the event although is late but HAPPY!!!


The next day Tou Suai Ka gets shot back by the PR manager and everybody just quiet there and watch show....LOL!!!!

24...24...24... can't get off from my head since I've started it last week (season 1, I know I am slow but I can watch it from season 1 to 6 in five days continuously 24/7 without sleeping!!......nana..na..na...nana...hehe...if I can lah). I even screwed my friend for borrowed that DVD to me...........reason: I CAN'T STOP ONCE I STARTED IT!!!!!!!!


Jack Bauer has been tortured me for 3 days which I only gets 4 hours sleep and back to work early in the morning.

This is from season 4 episode 18, when President Keeler being bombed down by terrorist Marwan (but never die lah) he is in critical condition so the US government has to invoke the 25th Amendment to take control of things, which means the Vice President Charles Logan has to take charge on Keeler place.


Ok...here's the problem begins. CTU needs his (the President lah) authorisation to put a bad guy in custody and guess what did he said...???

This morning briefing, my colleague purposely ask for decision from TSK in front of every managers, indeed he does NOT know how to decides but his answer are softer.....softer....and softer......


Hey, moron!!! we can hardly hear lah!!!! Speaks louder!!!! if you want to take charge!!!!


The funniest thing is, when ask for his opinion or decision he will always push it to HQ to decide. And when HQ has decides then he will added ' I wonder why they choose these.....'

Everyone should know what is Meeting....right!! Ok, let me Keah Poh Ci to revise you guys again what is the meaning of 'Meeting'...

A meeting is a gathering of people to present or exchange information, plan joint activities, make decisions, or carry out actions already agreed upon.....

Ok, the above mentioned which was bold are None these applies to this 'Moron Jerk', let's call him 'Tou Suai Ka' (TSK) in cantonese....making shame for the family.

As an owner representative, he can't or should I say he do not know how to make decisions, no information to exchange coz he is juz sitting or loitering around, or terms that he had agreed, turns to be the other way round....so this is HIM!!

It always happened that during the meeting he was just like a CLOWN or PUPPET and make sound to others people opinion...which is, 'yes, yes, yes or ya, ya, ya'......the most annoying is, he said "WE" on somebody IDEAS!!!!!! WTF man!!!!!

And he will always ask us to see him if there is any problem or advise needed....errr....(frown***) What can you do or help us when you don't even know how to decides to buy a round or a long shapes on Mandarins plants for company deco??!!!!!!!!!

I remember very clearly there was once our guest had Hysteria stroke and broke a vase and guess what did he ask a security manager in the meeting??? ' Why?.. why the guest has Hysteria??' .................errr.......

Everyone wanted to laugh but never laugh out loud until we burst our laugh after the meeting......(hey, moron! do you know what is the meaning of Hysteria ah????)

Can you imagine that????? and this was the joke for that year!!!!

Let me explain 'bek tahan' this words....is a Hokkien language mixed with Malay language in means 'cannot stand anymore' on someone or something that you do not agree with or you do not understand why is this happened.....(remember to sound it in a fustration way).

I think Singaporean are the most common to use this words. Expecially like me...why? coz my english is not that professional (no lah, Im not really good in english lah hehe....pahsieh). Im chinese educated thus I can writes and speak very fluent mandarin loh.....

See! wanted to start to blog about that jerk also have to think so long.........!! because his freaking stories are too many!!!! (don't get me wrong, this is not an ex-boyfriend or love story here).

This is gonna be a FACTS about POWER ABUSED, WEAK LEADERSHIP, UNREASONABLE, THICK SKIN, TAI CHI GURU, IRRESPONSIBLE and.....a little gossip too lah...

I'm clearly aware that from the above mention it happens in many many work place to many many people. But in my work place it actually applies to one freaking bastard!!!

My boss is a busy man, he travels a lot thus he has appointed this bastard to represented him. At the beginning are still fine with us coz we are the whole new batch to came in the company (including him). But days come to days.....situation became worst!! Every department managers starting felt something is gone wrong here!!!!

He had make us difficult to work with him! not only 1 or 2 managers felt that, is the whole team!!!

We do not have GM in our company so the boss were actually appointed him to represent (represent only ah, not to be a GM ok.......) coz he doesn't have any experience in our line, he is just an accounts manager (I understand the reason why my boss appointed him lah....accounts leh.....money leh.....).

In our lines, we are dealings with lots of people that is why our PR must be the best. Where else he is from a small electrical factory background somewhere around Jurong West or something lah.... But how can a person dealing with the machine or robot came to watching over us??? Halo..........we are dealing with PEOPLE!!!! We must know how to 'tok cat tou you chuen pok' (in Cantonese says 'when you carry someones penis you must know where to put in place' sorry ah.......in english says Twist and Turn loh!).

But he don't understand.....he only knows how to hold the boss balls!!!! Sometimes he kena fucked by boss, he still can put a smiling fucking face!!!

In our yearly business plan, we were given task to hit certain target and this is only the operation can do coz they are the revenue generator. And guess...what task he stated for his department???? To achieved $*** millions for the year wow..............

Hey.......halo Moron!.....you are only an admin!! how can you achieved that figure by just SITTING in the office!!!!!

You think the boss don't know you just want to rub his BALLS ah.......stupid bastard!!!! Make something common sense that applies to your department mah....like example To Compile $*** millions from operation department mah.......
